Stay Bar Kit (Sentinel)

The Sentinel Stay Bar kit comprises a 2mm A2 stainless steel stabilising ‘arms’, comprising two parts, which fits to the Lazer Lamps range of Sentinel LED spotlights. The stabilising arm is secured to the back of the lamp through a pre-drilled hole with thread-forming bolt thereby reducing vibration, stress, and movement which can affect some light installations. Suitable for a single Sentinel spotlight.

The kit comes supplied with security fasteners for the side mounting brackets, and locking nut for the M10 coach bolt used for mounting the bracket to your vehicle.

Sentinel Elite – ‘Slim’ Mount

New for 2021, the Sentinel range are 9” round lamps that combine distinctive high-end product design, with superior lighting performance and build quality symbolic of the Lazer Lamps name. The Sentinel Elite product comes available with a sleek black internal appearance, and a combination of 32 high power LEDs, representing the very best lighting performance as expected from a product bearing the ‘Elite’ tag. Lighting performance aside, meticulous product styling ensures this is a product that stands out for all the right reasons.

Emitting 15,232 raw lumens, the lamps deliver 1 lux to 742m, but it is in the 52 degree horizontal spread of light, and visibility at the sides of the road or track in the mid to long-range that the Sentinel Elite really comes into its own. Like all Lazer products, the colour temperature at a pleasant 5000K is easy on the eye, while maximising sharpness and definition of objects ahead. The lamp is UNECE approved to Regulation 112 as a high beam driving light, through adoption of Lazer’s dual output E-Boost technology; operating at 100% the light output is beyond the permissible limit of the ECE regulations, so removing the supplied Boost Cap from the back of the lamp reduces the light output to be within the allowable limit.

The stealth design of the black variant of the Sentinel lamp is achieved through the adoption of black printed circuit boards, and black bezel feature with intricate hexagonal design detail for a unique, contemporary appearance. The aesthetic appeal of the lamp is furthered through the ‘slim’ diecast aluminium mounting bracket, with Sentinel stamp, which like the lamps themselves has an automotive-grade pre-treatment before being powder coated satin black. The result is a premium finish on the product that is fully protected against aesthetic deterioration or corrosion. An alternative ‘wide’ mounting bracket, along with a range of: lens covers, stay bar kit, and anti-theft fasteners, are available as optional accessories.

As with all Lazer products, the Sentinel lamps have been designed, engineered, and are manufactured in-house, in the UK. There is no compromise in regards component parts, or build processes to achieve a superior product, while simultaneously ensuring that more than ever, environmental stewardship and an ambitious carbon-reduction program have also featured heavily in the Sentinel products design and build.

Available in Standard or Elite grades, the former incorporates 20 high power LEDs and comes available with either a black or chrome finish inside the lamp. The Elite product by comparison is only available with the black internal appearance, but with a combination of 32 high power LEDs, represents the very best lighting performance as expected from a product bearing the ‘Elite’ tag.

Both Sentinel Black and Chrome lamps, in the ‘Standard’ range, produce the same lighting performance. Emitting 9,529 raw lumens, the lamps deliver 1 lux reaching to over 700m; impressive in itself, but considering the 52 degrees horizontal beam angle, this is a product that has been designed to deliver maximum visibility for all manner of road and off-road use. 4-Way Rally Lamp Pod – Fiesta R5

Taking rally car lighting solutions to the next level, the 4-way Rally Lamp Bonnet Pod from Lazer Lamps comprises 2x Carbon-6 Spot (3D Material) and 2x Carbon-6 Drive (3D Material) high performance LED driving lights, pre-mounted within an aerodynamic, lightweight Glass & Carbon-fibre composite pod, designed and engineered to match the shape of the Fiesta R5 MKII, or MKI vehicles (with supplied spacer kit).
With the complete system weighing just 3kg, the 4-way Bonnet Pod affords substantial weight saving gains over traditional lamp pods, while delivering lighting performance unrivalled considering the lamps’ size and low power consumption. Moreover, the products are designed, engineered, and manufactured in the UK to the most exacting standards, and benefit from input received from the very highest levels of professional rally motorsport.
The Carbon-6 Spots provide for exceptional long-range visibility, complimented by the Carbon-6 Drives which deliver a spread of light crucial to having the confidence to drive faster, and safer. Constructed using 3D printed Carbon-Fibre & Nylon composite material (CF-PA12), the lamps all profit from E-mark certification, a mode enabled via a touchscreen Dashboard Controller. Additionally, the Dashboard Controller allows for operation of the following functions: E-Boost Mode, Adaptive Mode, Fog Mode, and Corner Lighting (requires LH/RH Corner Pod system).
Without the Dashboard Controller, the lamps are programmed to just operate in E-Boost mode. Utilising PWM signals to initiate the different functions, Lazer Lamps is able to provide the required information to control some/all of the different functions without use of the Dashboard Controller, if preferred.
The bonnet pod, made from carbon-fibre with glass laminate layers (to ensure compliance with some FIA regulated series), comes with the lights pre-mounted. The pod allows for quick and easy vertical adjustment of the lights +/-5deg, alongside <2deg outboard adjustment permits more left/right spread of light.
The 4-Way Rally Lamp Bonnet Pod is recommended for use with Linear-6 Elite corner lights, mounted in a horizontal orientation. A bespoke pod exists for Fiesta R5 customers, for all other customers it is recommended to mount the corner lights with our Aluminium Side Bracket Kit. Where the requirement is for corner lights mounted in a vertical orientation, we would recommend our ST4 Evolution high performance spotlights.
